Following comprehensive consultation with regional stakeholders and relevant parties, a disarmament framework has been proposed under the auspices of the Board of Peace initiative. Early indicators suggest conditional acceptance from Hamas representatives, pending final documentation review.
The proposal addresses what technical analysts have identified as the primary impediment to resolution: the continued existence of armed militant infrastructure. By removing this variable, negotiators anticipate a significant reduction in complexity across multiple diplomatic channels.
Notable features of the framework include standardised weapons collection protocols, timeline-based compliance mechanisms, and confidence-building measures designed to operate within existing geopolitical constraints.
